We recently completed constructing our new home with R&R New Home Construction.  This was not the first time we had constructed a home, but it was the first time we had worked with R&R.  This was, however; the most pleasant of our building experiences.  The pleasant experience is largely because of Rob Wutzler.  Rob worked diligently with us over a span of several months to work out a building plan and to ensure everyone involved was on the same page.  Rob also kept in constant contact with us throughout the building process.  If any issues would arise, he always worked with us to resolve them as soon as possible.  He is very courteous and easy to work with. We have a lovely home and a good lasting relationship with Rob.  We would recommend R&R to anyone who is looking for a contractor who will work hard to achieve the reality of building a dream home for them.

Beginning our third experience with a contractor was a bit concerning for us, since the first two times in the past did not work out well.  We were convinced that no one ever showed up to get the job done nor did they do quality work.  However, much to our great relief, Rob showed us otherwise and renewed our faith that there are still people out there who strive to do a good job.  After looking at his website and then meeting with him in person, we were sold and really felt confident that we had found the right guy.  His attention to detail, obvious experience in this field, easy accessibility to contact at any time and strife to accommodate was won us over right away.  Unlike any building experience we had ever had in the past, the house was begun as planned and continued to stay on track throughout.  Rob was in constant contact with us which made us feel comfortable that we always knew what was going on.  We were very happy with all of the subcontractors and their work as well.  This was by far the best building experience we have had and has left us with a beautiful, quality ‘forever’ house to raise our family.  We recommend Rob without reservation to anyone looking for the same.

This was our first time building a home and we definitely are glad we went with Rob and R and R Construction. Rob walked us through the entire process, making sure that we did not forget anything. As the process progressed we were thrilled with all the subcontractors. They are excellent at each of their trades. If any issues arose (and as we found out, there are always a few), Rob handled them immediately. It was a wonderful experience.

My husband and I had been contemplating building a new home for a few years before we spoke with Rob. Every time we looked into building, the cost seemed way too expensive and the process seemed overwhelming. From the second we spoke with Rob, building a home actually seemed possible. We quickly sat down with him and he found us a perfect floor plan for what we wanted, and just as easy as that, we were ready to start building. His rates were extremely reasonable and accurate. We actually came in under budget from the original price quote! He made it very easy to pick everything out, and then the work was all on him. If we had any questions along the way, Rob would respond immediately unlike many contractors. Rob also took every effort possible to get us in our house by our goal date of Christmas, which was amazing! For anyone that thinks they cannot afford to build and feels that it is too big of an undertaking, I would HIGHLY recommended giving Rob a call just to see how easy it can be. R & R Builders is clearly interested in building quality homes without sacrificing customer service.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful job you and your crew did in building our new home. It has just been finished a mere 3 months after breaking ground. The quality and craftmanship is more than we expected. I had always sworn that I would never build a home, but after my husband and I met with Rob, I was sold. I had some concerns about the building process because we live about 1 1/2 hours away from the building site and my husband travels often which meant I was going to be the one dealing with the day to day issues. Rob and his crew were so easy to work with. They truly guided me through each step of the process. We found Rob and the crew to be dependable and trustworthy. Their competence and integrity put my mind as ease. We absolutely love our new house and would recommend R & R’s work to anyone.

It has been 40 years since we built a new home, so you can imagine that we were apprehensive about facing all the new regulations and building techniques. Rob and his team of contractors were very thorough, explained things as they built, and checked with us continuously to explain what they were doing. We never called or texted Rob that he was not back with us immediately. Not only do we think we have a home built just like we wanted, but we feel we have a well built home. In addition, there were no surprises on the cost of building. We didn’t have to deal with any unexpected expenses up and above what Rob told us on his original bid.
