You have heard the saying, “the mail must go through come rain, hail, sleet or snow.” There are times when home construction can and does experience unforeseen weather conditions. Little did we know this spring would produce rain for days. R & R Construction was relentless, no matter what. Rock was ordered several times because of the conditions, the crews continued to become stuck in the mud. Wreckers were called many times, but Rob rose to the occasion without complaint. We are now realizing our retirement dream home in Salem, IL. Rob was always just one phone call away at any time. All of the crews Rob used to construct and finish our new home were very cooperative and informative. We thank Rob, his wife, and his entire organization for helping us obtain our second new home of our lifetime. We trust at our ages…78 and 76.. we will have some very enjoyable times in our future years of our lives… THANKS…

We had Rob Wutzler of R & R New Home Construction build our dream home. From start to finish Rob kept us up to date on the progress of our new home. Rob was highly recommended to my wife and I when we were in the market to build, and for good reason. Rob truly ALWAYS treated us like family, looking out for us and our best interests. He was professional, upfront, honest, courteous, and always willing to take a call or a text to help us through. If there was ever any “issue” it seemed like he would always drop what he was doing and we’d work on it together. I cannot say enough about how helpful Rob was throughout this process. My wife and I were new to the home-building process, and it truly felt like we had a family building our home. Myself, Amanda, and Brody are thrilled to move in and start enjoying our forever home! Building with R&R was everything we hoped it would be. It was fun, exciting, and it felt like we were going through it with an old friend. Rob was there for ANYTHING we ever needed. Whether it was answering a quick phone call, answering a few questions over text, or even coming out to the house during construction to take a look at something with us or point something out. Rob and his crews were happy to answer any and all questions we had, walk us through the process or what came next, and any other thing we could possibly ask of them. We were very worried about building a house since we did not know a lot about what all went into it. With Rob, all our worries went away. He took the time to explain every step of the process with us and make sure we understood every little detail about what was happening.
